These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at niutech.ai (the "Site"), operated by Niutech Pty Ltd (ABN 91 691 210 429), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia ("Niutech", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, or by joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site and the waitlist

The Site provides general information about Niutech and its planned products, and lets you register interest by joining a waitlist. Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest only — it is not an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of access to any Niutech product or service. We may contact you about early access, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site or the waitlist at any time.

3. No offer, warranty, or reliance

Content on the Site is provided for general information. It may describe products, features, timelines, or plans that are under development and subject to change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, a professional, legal, financial, or technical recommendation, or a warranty that any described capability will be delivered. You should not rely on the Site as the sole basis for any decision.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site, its security, or its infrastructure;

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
